TD offers a number of imaging solutions. Through the capability of our high-speed, high-volume scanners and our imaging software, we can handle many types of imaging projects. Some of the services we offer:

Processing from images- TD can accept Images rather than paper for electronic paperless processing of files. We have dual monitors at workstations specifically set up to allow this paperless process - they allow TD's processors to view images sent to us by customers on one screen, and process the data into TD's applications, on the second.

Outsource your imaging to us- TD can image a large volume of files. Our advanced imaging software can read barcodes on each document and index the image; improving turn-around time and accuracy. We can scan hard-copies and store and/or forward the images back to our customers. We send the images to customers in many formats including FTP, CD's, DVD's and more.

Image hosting- TD can host your images. For example, our lien release/reconveyance software has a web feature that allows customers to look up file information and view their documents on-line in real time. TD hosts those images on our servers, giving customers fast access.

Electronic recording- Some county recorders (like Orange County, California) have the capability to accept document images electronically for recording. Today we transmit legal document images directly to Orange for electronic recordation. Typically the turn-around time is a matter of hours!
