StarSuite- TD's latest product is called StarSuite. It's a software suite that processes lien releases, reconveyances, assignments, document retrieval, research and recordation tracking in all 50 states.

You license the software (pay for the use of it) and connect to the StarSuite server via a secure internet connection. It's easy to use and learn. The software contains a number of reports and features including a real-time, extremely comprehensive county recorder table with everything from fees to margins. StarSuite interfaces with loan servicing systems. Data flows to and from StarSuite to most applications. In short, it's a full-featured software package that's taking the industry by storm.
