Dale
Dykema- Chairman Of The Board and CEO
Dale founded TD Service Company in 1964 as
one of the first Independent Trustee Firms. He received
his MBA from the University of Michigan in 1957 and his
undergraduate degree from Calvin College in 1956, after
having served in the U.S. Air Force. Dale is actively involved
in political affairs and, as a board member of the MBA,
today remains a strong influence on legislative changes
within the industry and a visionary with regard to technology
and industry standards and practices. He received his Certified
Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation in 1992 and continues
to guide and influence many areas within the business.

Sandi
Medina- President and Chief Operating Officer
Sandi has more than 25 years of experience in workflow and
process management. Sandi is responsible for all operations
within the organization including foreclosure, lien release,
and Trustee's Assistance Corporation. Sandi also manages
all staff and support functions including Human Resources/Administration,
the Information Technology group and Financial Services.
Sandi holds an MBA from the University of Beverly Hills
and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mark
Crofford - Chief Financial Officer
Mark was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in
January, 2006. His responsibilities
include all aspects of financial management and reporting
for T.D. Service Financial Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Mark brings to TD over 25 years of experience in financial
reporting and management in the electronic components,
defense, and health care industries, with an emphasis
in financial analysis and continuous process improvements.
Mark graduated from California State University, Long
Beach, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.

Patrick
Dobiesz- President of TD Service Company
As President
of T.D. Service Company and Trustee's Assistance Corporation,
Pat is responsible for overseeing the foreclosure and posting
and publishing divisions.With his professional expertise
on real estate matters, Pat is continually called upon by
title companies and attorneys to consult on trustee matters.
He has appeared as an expert witness in many cases, has
conducted training seminars for various groups and has served
on several industry affiliated groups in the areas of legislation,
education and membership. Pat's more than 30 years experience
in the industry and high visibility at industry events make
him a key part of the executive team.

Bruce
Gauger- Executive Vice President/CIO
Bruce
is responsible for managing TD's technology systems and
networks. He has over 25 years experience developing, testing
and deploying hardware and software technology solutions.
Bruce oversees a full staff of technology specialists at
TD and researches and presents emerging technologies for
use in the mortgage industry. Bruce is active in several
trade technology committees, and has received technology
awards from TRW and CSU. Bruce received his Bachelor of
Arts degree in Business Management Information Systems from
California State University, Fullerton.

| Rhonda Addison - Executive Vice President of TD Service Company
Rhonda is responsible
for managing TD's lien release, document retrieval, title
curative, and document recording operation. She has over
20 years management experience and has been instrumental
in new business development and implementing significant
process improvement measures at TD. Rhonda earned her Bachelor
of Arts degree in music from Point Loma College in San Diego
and continued her graduate studies at California State University,
Fullerton.
