ReconLink is a web application developed by TD Service Company that allows customers to initiate a reconveyance or lien release document. It's part of TD's suite of lien release services.

Customers are issued their own secure credentials to access Reconlink. The web application (which is secured via the tightest encryption available) lets customers input the basic data required to begin the reconveyance (lien release) process. The app consists of a series of screens that request and validate data. At the end of the process, the lien release order is sent to TD's lien release department where the rest of the process is executed, and the document is sent for recording.

ReconLink is perfect for customers with low volumes who want to initiate the reconveyance but want TD to handle the rest of the tracking and recording process. Feedback is provided to the customer throughout the different steps in the lien release process, and Reconlink accepts files for any of the 50 states.
