TD began writing custom lien release/reconveyance processing software in 1987 for our own in-house use. Many of our customers liked it so much, they began asking if they could use it for their own files. Just recently, TD decided to combine our customers' experiences and our 40-plus years of processing lien releases into a special project. The goal was to design the most comprehensive, 50-state lien release processing software in the industry, and offer that to our customers. The result is StarSuite.

StarSuite is a software package that processes nationwide lien releases. But it's much more. It processes individual and bulk assignments, document retrieval/research and document recordation tracking, all in addition to lien releases, satisfactions and reconveyances.

COUNTY TABLES. StarSuite contains the industry's most comprehensive county recorder database. It contains real-time information that will lower your reject rate and increase your efficiency. We do it by applying a combination of techniques- including a full time county research staff- to keep the data as fresh as possible.

FORMS. StarSuite contains all lien release and associated forms (indemnifications, substitutions, various cover letters, etc.) for processing in all 50 states. It also includes assignment forms for all states.

INTERFACE WITH YOUR SYSTEMS. TD can interface with existing processing and loan servicing systems. Electronic data can flow to and from our servers. The electronic possibilities are almost endless.

EASY OF USE. StarSuite is programmed so it practically “trains” the user. Little knowledge of lien releases is required for even the most complex counties.
